We take pride in delivering authentic handcrafted footwear from Charsadda. If something isn’t right, we’re here to make it right — simply and fairly.
Returns (Size or Fit Issues)
You may request an exchange within 7 days of receiving your order.
To be eligible:
• Shoes must be unused and unworn
• Must be in original condition and packaging
• Proof of purchase is required
Because footwear sizing can vary, we recommend confirming size carefully before ordering.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs if exchanging due to size, style, or personal preference.
Defective or Wrong Item
If you receive a defective product or wrong item, we will cover the return shipping and arrange a replacement at no extra cost.
Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos.
Refunds
As most orders are Cash on Delivery, we generally offer exchanges instead of refunds.
Refunds may be issued only if:
• Item is out of stock for replacement
• There is a verified defect and replacement is not possible
Once approved, refunds will be processed via bank transfer, Easypaisa, or JazzCash within 7–10 working days.

All orders are confirmed via phone call or WhatsApp before dispatch to ensure accuracy and reduce errors.
Shipping Costs
Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the mistake is from our side.
